This hospital building is from 1902, and is based on the design of the Wrocław architect, Karl Grosser. He based his concept on the Alpine complex in Davos. It is an eclectic building with numerous veranda and pinnacles. The façade and interior of this Fin de Siècle pearl are decorated in floral and fauna motifs.
The park on which the building stands was created by the landscape architect Mentzel. He made excellent use of the surrounding Wysoka Łąka ( English: High Meadow ) landscape. The terrace in front of the main entrance commands a picturesque view of the eastern part of the Karkonosze.
